I went ski touring for the first time yesterday. Safe to say I won't be getting out of bed anytime soon. It was a great experience and we didn't see another skier for the whole afternoon (which is insane as it's half term and very busy right now in Verbier)! However, I am no way fit enough. My boyfriend had to tie a rope around me which was demeaning and embarrassing but I probably would have passed out without his help. I wish there had been oxygen in my camel back. Maybe someone should invent that?
